Access to and use of the 99ybet Platform is strictly restricted to persons who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. The Company reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable procedures.
It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online betting and gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering on the Platform. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are obligated to keep this information current. The Company is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether or not it was authorised by you. You must notify the Company immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
The Company is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawals. Verification may require submission of government-issued photographic identification (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.
An Account is considered dormant if it records no login or transaction activity for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months. The Company reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant Account balances, as published in the current fee schedule on the Platform. Players will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied. Accounts with a zero balance following the dormancy period may be closed without further notice.
The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL) mobile banking, and bank transfers to and from BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Standard withdrawal processing times are between 15 minutes and 24 hours depending on the payment method selected and the volume of pending requests. Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless the Company's compliance team approves an alternative at its sole discretion. The Company reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.
The primary operating currency of the Platform is Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Indian Rupee (INR) is also natively supported. All Account Balances, Wagers, and payouts are displayed and settled in the currency selected at the time of registration. Currency conversion, where applicable, is performed at the exchange rate published by the Company at the time of the transaction. The Company accepts no liability for fluctuations in exchange rates.
Any fraudulent transaction, chargeback request, or disputed payment initiated by a Player will result in the immediate suspension of the associated Account pending investigation. Where fraud is confirmed, the Account will be permanently closed and the matter may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities. The Company reserves the right to recover any losses or costs incurred as a result of fraudulent activity from the Player's Account Balance.
A Wager is confirmed only when the Platform returns a confirmation receipt displaying a unique transaction reference number. Wagers not confirmed by the system are void. The Company is not responsible for lost Wagers resulting from network interruptions, device failure, or browser crashes on the Player's side. Players are responsible for ensuring their internet connection is stable before placing Wagers.
99ybet offers pre-match and in-play betting markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international fixtures featuring the Bangladesh Tigers), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports as published on the Platform. All odds are subject to change until a Wager is confirmed. The Company reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle markets in accordance with published sport-specific rules in the event of abandoned matches, disputed outcomes, or data errors.
All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software supplied by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The Company does not control or influence individual game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the relevant game information panel. Technical malfunctions in games render all affected Wagers void and stakes are returned to the Player's Balance.
All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result published by the relevant governing body. In cases of dispute, the Company's decision on bet settlement is final, subject to the formal complaints procedure set out in Section 13. Casino game results are settled automatically by the game software immediately upon completion of each game round.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards issued by 99ybet are subject to individual bonus terms, including minimum odds requirements, wagering multipliers, eligible game contributions, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and individual bonus terms, the individual bonus terms prevail.
Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the individual offer) must be wagered on qualifying games before a withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. Winnings derived from Bonus Funds that exceed any stated maximum withdrawal cap will be forfeited upon withdrawal.
The Company actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to obtain the same bonus, using low-risk hedging strategies to fulfil wagering requirements, systematic exploitation of promotional offers, and any conduct that the Company reasonably determines to constitute abuse of the promotions system. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 99ybet Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and may result in legal action:

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of the Company. Any unauthorised use of Platform content terminates your licence immediately and may expose you to legal liability.
